• Investigate how AI can build efficiencies for leadership, operations, and instruction
• Participate in hands-on, AI-assisted design to craft your AI policy and receive real-time feedback for continuous improvement
• Enjoy collaborative learning in a cohort with district teams at similar points in their AI adoption journeys
• Ensure your AI strategy empowers educators to use AI tools safely, intentionally, effectively, and efficiently

Overview 

Session 1: State Guidance Deep Dive - Analyze DESE’s official AI recommendations, identify key compliance requirements, and self-reflect to assess your district's current readiness

Session 2: Policy Design & Best Practices - Draft core policy components, access custom AI tools for feedback & design, & hear a district case study featuring a 3-year AI integration roadmap

Session 3: Action Planning & Efficiencies - Develop SMART goals based on your roadmap & explore use cases for administrative workflows & building your staff’s AI literacy

All sessions are 90 minutes and will be facilitated virtually via Zoom. Dates and times will be determined based on school/district availability preferences.

You and your registered team member(s) will receive calendar invites via Google Calendar with the Zoom links. We understand that conflicts may arise and all invitees may not be able to attend every session. Sessions will be recorded and shared with the participating teams.

Team Participation & Pricing

We emphasize a team-based approach to ensure AI strategy design is collaborative, practical, and sustainable. Registration includes up to 5 total team members. Please add the names, email addresses, and job titles of your team members on the registration form below.

Total Cost = $3,000. Invoices will be sent to the purchasing contact you include on your registration form.

Plus: If 5 or more districts/charters join the cohort, each team will receive 5 additional hours of personalized coaching!
